Incorrect size ordered

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

We only offer refunds or replacements if the item has been lost or damaged, or there's been a manufacturing error.Â
You must submit photo evidence showing the issue within 30 days of item delivery.Â

Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Shipping Issues
BLOOMORTAL is not responsible for:
Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Packages marked as delivered but not located
Lost or stolen packages after delivery
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
