Refund policy

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Incorrect color ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Please ensure you review the size charts, product details, and colors before confirming your order.

We only offer refunds or replacements if the item has been lost or damaged, or there's been a manufacturing error. 

You must submit photo evidence showing the issue within 30 days of item delivery.

Please attach:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Issues

BLOOMORTAL is not responsible for:

  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered but not located

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
